Taylor Miller is a researcher and photographer based in Tucson, Arizona. She earned her Ph.D. in Geography from the University of Arizona and holds an MA and BFA in Art & Visual Culture Education from the University of Arizona. Recent writings are featured in The New Inquiry, Protean, and The Avery Review. Her creative practices enmesh psychogeography and vernacular mapping–with interest in connecting the Sonoran Desert with global flows, ruptures, and blockages of the imperial war machine. She’s motivated by border abolition and cactus propagation.
