Alice Sparkly Kat is an astrologer and author of Postcolonial Astrology: Reading the Planets through Capital, Power, and Labor (North Atlantic Books, 2021).  They work with astrology as a language and heuristic tool that can reimagine history as a collective memory. They are also a consulting astrologer and regularly publish short pieces on their website.
